Can the chatbot display my WhatsApp, Viber, or work email?

This is an FAQ entry for the WordPress chatGPT SmartSearchWP plugin.

SmartSearchWP does not have a dedicated admin field for WhatsApp, Viber, or email in its core.

So what should we do? #

• Post your contact information on a Contact/FAQ page and enable it in RAG Context.
• Use the Prompt Override add-on to have your contacts respond in the bot’s tone.
• The bot will then be able to quote or link to this information when appropriate.

This isn’t a “WhatsApp Coordinates” setting on the SmartSearchWP screen—it’s indexed content or a custom prompt.
