Is the premium version of the SmartSearchWP plugin a one-off payment or an annual subscription?

This is an FAQ entry for the WordPress chatGPT SmartSearchWP plugin.

SmartSearchWP’s premium license is based on an annual subscription.

The €49.99 payment gives you access for one year to:

• updates of the Premium addons;
• priority technical support;
• the 10 Premium extensions (they are not sold separately): WooCommerce, Custom Post Type & ACF, PDF, Prompt Override, Usage Control, Customization, RAG Auto Sync, Lead Capture, Analytics & Insights, RAG Debugger, plus Full Page.

The SmartSearchWP plugin itself (the core, free version) is not covered by the license: it is free, and its updates come from WordPress.org, like any other plugin.

At the end of this period, you need to renew your license to keep receiving addon updates, new addons and priority support. The addons already installed keep working. See: What happens when the premium license expires?
