How can I direct the chatbot to my services, products, or pricing?

This is an FAQ entry for the WordPress chatGPT SmartSearchWP plugin.

There is no “automatic product responses” or “automatic highlighting” feature in the core. To direct the chatbot toward your services, pricing, or products:

• RAG Contexts — include your Pricing, Services, Contact, and FAQ pages; Generate integrations → Enable.
• Prompt Override (Premium add-on) — your sales pitch, response guidelines.
• WooCommerce Add-on (Premium) — E-commerce Product Recommendations.
• Lead Capture Add-on (Premium) — Capture email addresses in-chat after engagement.

The chatbot only “pushes” a service if the information is present in the indexed content or the configured prompt.
