# How can I direct the chatbot to my services, products, or pricing?

There is no "automatic product responses" or "automatic highlighting" feature in the core. To direct the chatbot toward your **services, pricing, or products**:

- **RAG Contexts** — include your Pricing, Services, Contact, and FAQ pages; Training AI → Enable.
- **Prompt Override** (Premium add-on) — your sales pitch, response guidelines.
- **WooCommerce Add-on** (Premium) — E-commerce Product Recommendations.
- **Lead Capture Add-on** (Premium) — Capture email addresses in-chat after engagement.

The chatbot only "pushes" a service if the information is present in the indexed content or the configured prompt.
