How do I get the extension?

The RAG Auto Sync add-on is a premium extension of the SmartSearchWP plugin.
You can activate it directly from the Add-ons tab of the SmartSearchWP plugin in your WordPress dashboard.

Access to the extension ?

Once the extension is activated, a new “RAG Auto Sync ” tab appears in the SmartSearchWP menu, accessible from the admin interface.
There, you can enable or disable the override and edit the prompt used by the chatbot.

Buy or activate the extension

Go to the Add-ons tab and enable RAG Auto Sync.

Addon configuration

  • Go to the WordPress admin panel >, SmartSearchWP >, Addons >, RAG Auto Sync.
  • Activate the add-on, then go to the new “RAG Auto Sync” tab in the plugin menu.
  • Select the desired restrictions for each criterion (roles, pages, post types, devices).
  • Save the changes. Only new or modified content will be processed.

Application examples

1. Blog and Active Content

Automatically regenerate embeddings when a post that is already active in the RAG is modified.

2. Indexing upon publication

Automatically index new content published for the selected post types.

3. API Auto-Indexing

Warnings and confirmations before each activation — you are responsible for OpenAI billing.

4. WooCommerce and CPTs

Target products, pages, or any custom post type for RAG auto-indexing. Import products and make them immediately available to the chatbot. Change your product prices, and the chatbot will update them right away!
