# Can the chatbot display my WhatsApp, Viber, or work email?

This is an FAQ entry for the [WordPress chatGPT SmartSearchWP plugin](https://www.smartsearchwp.com/en/).

SmartSearchWP **does not have a dedicated admin field** for WhatsApp, Viber, or email in its core.

## So what should we do?

- Post your contact information on a Contact/FAQ page and **enable it in** RAG **Context**.
- Use the **Prompt Override** add-on to have your contacts respond in the bot's tone.
- The bot will then be able to quote or link to this information when appropriate.

This isn't a "WhatsApp Coordinates" setting on the SmartSearchWP screen—it's indexed content or a custom prompt.
