# I’ve just bought a premium license, but it says it’s linked to another website. How can I solve this problem?

This is an FAQ answer for the [Wordpress plugin chatGPT SmartSearchWP](https://www.smartsearchwp.com/en/).

If your **premium license** seems to be linked to another site, but you haven't used it yet, you can solve the problem by following these steps:

1. **Access your account page** on the SmartSearchWP website[(https://www.smartsearchwp.com/my-account/orders/)](https://www.smartsearchwp.com/my-account/orders/).
2. Find the **orders** section.
3. Click on the **"Reset** " link to delete the URL of the currently associated site.
4. Return to the site where you installed the plugin and **resubmit the license key**. This will link the site url to your license key.

This will **dissociate the license**, so that you can activate it on the right site. If the problem persists, please contact our **support team** for assistance.
