# How do I migrate my license key to another site?

If you wish to transfer your premium license to another site (for example, after a redesign or a change of domain), follow these steps:

1. **Log in** to your [SmartSearchWP.com](https://www.smartsearchwp.com/my-account/orders/) account.
2. In the **"Orders"** section **,** locate the order linked to your license.
3. Click on the **"Reset** " button to **delete the URL of the site currently associated** with your license key.
4. Then go to **the new site** where the plugin is installed.
5. Re-enter your **license key** in the plugin settings, then confirm.

👉 This will **dissociate the old site** and **automatically link the license to the new domain**.
